I wanted something different, something edgy, something unique and very special. And of all the images I took that day while exploring the island this one is my favourite. Pi'ilani Highway is also known as the back road to Hāna. This is a view of Manawainui from Pi'ilani Highway at Kāhikinui in early morning light when there was no traffic.
